We are Marykirk.com - we have been providing rural internet for 10+ years. We have around 800 customers, and cover 1,000km², centered around Marykirk in Aberdeenshire. We think we provide an excellent rural broadband service - see this link.
We use Fixed Wireless to serve properties that can not yet get Fibre Broadband. We charge £50 for the Basic fibre package installation - all other fibre installations are free.
Our wireless internet installation charges start at £300 - the final cost will be calculated after our free site survey.
We can provide a public IP address for an additional £6/month, if required. A public (or ‘fixed’) IP address can give you remote access to your cameras, servers, etc.
We assume that you will pay by Direct Debit, using the GoCardless service (which we set up for you). If you do not wish to pay by Direct Debit, a monthly administration fee of £5 (including VAT) will be applied to your account.
